I have been seen many neighbor’s and frontierville friends to have problems to this game. But I am sure that many of you guys didn’t try the live customer support or even the support ticket. This is may be because you don’t know how to get into it. This post is to guide you on how you can get to the frontierville live customer support and some tips on how you can fix the usual issues:
When you first load the game, at the very bottom is a support tab, click on that, it will open another tab, to the right is a red button for a live chat. It does work!
If there is no support team available (live) I will suggest you wait till there is someone rather than submitting a ticket. Sometimes, submitting a ticket will take longer than you expect. So wait for someone to go live and tell them the problems that you have.
There are some (many) Frontierville support people that really helps. I would like to give you some testimonials about frontierville customer support:

My partner & I both recently used live chat for different reasons and were very impressed with the speed and generosity with which they resolved our issues (previous experience with lodging a ticket was not very pleasant)
It was the first time for me that I had EVER seen live support available so I was pretty happy. As for my partner, it didn’t show up for him in his browser window, but it appeared on mine in my browser at the same time on the same computer, even after a few refreshes – so I opened a new tab on his and pasted the link in. Not sure why he couldn’t access it.

As you can see there are many happy people that used the live customer support. Remember that Zynga is a big company and they need happy customers so they can make money from their games. It is true that sometimes is difficult to get issues resolved when the problem is globally (to all players) but there is something that is called “patience”, remember patience is a virtue
The first things to check out when you got a problem are:
- If you are updated with the last flash player
- Close all windows, Delete/clean your cookies/cache, even better after doing this restart your computer and see if this issue resolves. If not, go ahead for the live customer support
Live chat comes and goes depending on the availability of staff on that end. If no one is online, live chat won’t appear. That’s simply because it would cause more frustration with people trying to use it with no one there to respond. Hopefully in the future more people will be able to use it – I’ve had success with both live support and submitting a ticket (submitting a ticket usually is faster for me then waiting on someone to appear.) All depends on when you catch them.
