Sometimes we make a mistake because the game is very slow and purchase item with our horseshoes without our knowledge. This is a Pioneer Trail player that did the same thing, so watch out where are you clicking:
Just a heads up: Today I accidentally purchased “Master Faster 12H” from the shop because the BUY button happens to be in the exact spot that the MARKET button is! The game seems to be a little slow today, so when I clicked on “MARKET” and nothing happened, I clicked it again… It registered BOTH clicks about 5 seconds later, one on MARKET, the other on the 75 HS Master Faster 12H Item!!
I’ve spent 20 minutes on the phone with the billing department, another 15 minutes sending an email with detailed explanation and screenshots, and now waiting for a Live Chat CS rep to look into my account and (hopefully) restore my Horseshoes and take back the Master Faster 12H (whatever the heck THAT is!) … Heck, my Mastery Building isn’t even done yet!
So this is just a friendly reminder to watch carefully when you click the Market Button if you happen to have horseshoes there that could get spent accidentally!
My Suggestion to Zynga will be to put a confirmation message everytime we purchase something with horseshoes. Of course this is a plus to them *they spend more horseshoes = more money to Zynga * because as this player has this issue there are thousands of other players doing that for sure.

Hi I know how this feels I had a simular thing with critter milk I was clicking another pop up window when I clicked once to often and purchased critter milk for 50 HS and it happened twice really annoyed me that I lost so many hard earned horseshoes for something that was not worth the cost what a rip off didnt know you could phone them I just wore it. I am now very careful that I only click once and well and truly wait until the first window registers
yes-ive accidently used my horseshoes too when i ment to push another button.it actually is fast and pops up when your trying to use something else.
I do not have this problem, because I will not buy fake money with real money. If mission needs horseshoes I pass on it. I need my money for real bills. lol. I do this on all games.
